$EVC been posting on EVC for almost 20 years. Largest holder dumped 700,000+\- shares at
$2.20-)259+\- about a month ago and drove price to
$1.96. Started dumping again yesterday. I expect to settle in
$2.00-
$2.20 range next 30+\- days. Market maker supported stock while she dumped and then let it fall back. He’s doing same now. Wait for it to plummet and buyback for Q4 report to be issued early March. Then spectrum auction could pop it
