$SYNX From its first year of operation, SYNX has a continuing collaboration with the also Israeli company Elbit Systems.
Elbit Systems
$ESLT signed lately two major contracts: One in last August of
$1.6 Billion and another one of
$2.3 Billion a few days ago, in November.
Both contracts include C4ISR. C4ISR stands for Command, Control, Communications, Computers (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance.
Evidently, Elbit Systems will work again with SYNX for the communication part. Even if this part is the 0.5% of the total sum, it is about
$20 million in contract for SYNX, for the next five years.
Here the question arises: Why Elbit to pay
$20 million to SYNX instead of acquiring it? Elbit's market cap has risen more than 180% the last two years and its cash is more than
$700 million, with low debt.
