CLEARBRIDGE ENERGY MIDSTREAM OPPORTUNITY FD INC has announced a transferable
Rights offering to purchase an aggregate of 6,063,408 shares of the Company's
common stock, CUSIP 18469P209.
Stockholders received one (1) Right for each (1) Common Share held as of the
Record Date, September 12, 2025. For every three (3) Rights held, a Record
Date Stockholder is entitled to purchase one (1) Common Share of the Fund for
an estimated subscription price of
$44.68.
Any Eligible Holder who exercises all of their Rights under the Basic
Subscription Privilege will also have the privilege of subscribing for
additional shares, subject to availability and proration.
Under the Oversubscription Privilege, holders will be charged the estimated
$44.68 per additional Common Share.
