$CURE A 3x position on health care is worth sizing against this: health care's own hiring pace has halved. September added 17,000 against a twelve-month average of 33,000. The sector is still the biggest job creator in the country. It's also decelerating. Both of those are true at once. https://techdamentals.com/newsletter/why-health-care-is-most-of-job-growth?ref=st

$CURE Three quarters of all US job growth over the past year came from one sector. This is a 3x play on that sector. Worth knowing the whole picture then. Health care is also about 22% of the inflation gauge the Fed targets. Weak hiring argues for easing, but that same sector is the inflation. Both sides of the Fed's mandate, amplified three times. https://techdamentals.com/newsletter/why-health-care-is-most-of-job-growth?ref=st

$CURE $XLV strong move over the past 3 mos. Now a 71 RSI, and the risk/reward has flipped. Closed the overhead gap at 160.20. Reallocating and sold some of my position.
