$AZI Good news on the split question: none is pending, and none is needed. AZI is comfortably in compliance right now around
$1.45 against Nasdaq's
$1.00 floor. And with only ~2.45M shares outstanding versus the 500,000 publicly-held-shares minimum, there's essentially no room left to consolidate, so further splits are largely off the table for holders. The restriction period from the earlier splits is also finite and already running down. One watch item: holding above
$1 matters more than usual here, since the recent split history means no 180-day cure period if it slips. Above a dollar, that's a non-issue.
