$AVD I'm not invested in this stock and probably will never invest in it, but I have some knowledge about it. Watch the negative free cash flow, net income, and EPS. They have to find a way to become cashflow positive with positive net income for the market to respect this stock again. Otherwise, it's sideways or down.

Hiring executives left and right to fill VP, division president, and director levels ain't going to cut it. According to AI estimates, 1 Vice President costs 400-500k in total to employ annually, including all the disgusting bonuses they get for looting the company.
