The Peakleap proposal gives $AIFU a path beyond digital finance. Computer vision and predictive maintenance can solve real problems in waste processing, where downtime and weak recovery efficiency have direct costs. The strategic logic is understandable. Final terms and actual customer economics are still missing.

$AIFU has not announced a definitive Peakleap agreement since the June MOU. That does not mean the deal failed, but it does mean investors are still pricing an intention rather than a completed transaction. Due diligence, audited numbers, funding, and consideration all matter before calling this a transformation.

There is nothing wrong with watching $AIFU before the MOU becomes definitive. The market still lacks final terms, acquisition economics, audited target numbers, and a financing structure. Missing the first few percentage points is cheaper than paying for details that do not exist yet.

$AIFU has been quiet since announcing the proposed Peakleap acquisition, but the industrial AI angle has not disappeared. Waste recovery is a real operating environment for computer vision and predictive maintenance. A definitive agreement would move this from an interesting idea to an investable event.

$AIFU still has a non-binding MOU, not a closed acquisition. That distinction matters. I would rather see definitive terms, audited target financials, and a credible funding plan than another week of speculation around the industrial AI pivot.

The proposed Peakleap deal is more interesting as a business-model shift than as a headline for $AIFU. Industrial AI in recycling could diversify the company beyond digital finance and insurance distribution. The value will depend on customer contracts, margins, and how much of the target’s technology is genuinely proprietary.

$AIFU’s proposed Peakleap acquisition gives it a real industrial AI angle: computer vision and predictive maintenance for waste recycling and resource recovery. But the transaction remains a non-binding MOU. Definitive terms and customer economics will decide whether this is transformation or only optionality.

$AIFU has already completed a 1-for-20 reverse split, so the market will demand more than a new narrative. What validates the industrial AI pivot first: a definitive acquisition agreement, a disclosed purchase price, audited financials, customer contracts, or segment revenue?

$AIFU Looking at the trading volume, there appears to have been clear accumulation by large investors earlier. After a period of sideways consolidation and a shakeout during the pullback, the stock may now be entering the early stages of another upward move.

Question for $AIFU holders: what validates the industrial AI pivot first — a definitive acquisition agreement, disclosed purchase price, customer contracts or segment revenue? The concept is interesting, but due diligence is still the gate.

$AIFU completed a 1-for-20 reverse split and the tape is getting attention again. Reverse splits do not create value by themselves, but they can reset the trading setup fast when volume shows up.
