$HCTI Appears to be getting on track again. Shorts on this board, some spewing racist vitriol, have long had it out for this company. Company tends to under communicate, leading to the weird conspiracy nonsense we see from some quarters. Acquisitions and recently withdrawn offering are encouraging. I've retained a small position over the past several months, am now gradually adding. Over the next few weeks, I would not be surprised to see a return to the
$2.20-
$2.60 band where this was trading earlier in the year.
