$HCTI It's simple to see how this stock will be successful and how it won't be. It depends on the company and when they are going to announce the dividend date. If they do, then the shorts will have to buy back shares or be the ones who pay out the dividend shares, either way if they don't then stock will keep falling. Dec 12th, Debt notes are due, and if the company doesn't have the cash to pay these convertible notes, then heavy dilution and the stock will tumble. If HCTI can complete the spin off listing and generate cash from it before Dec 12th to pay off the convertible notes, then we will see
$TNON like movement and the shareholders will have value.
This company relies heavily on convertible debt notes to keep the lights on.
There is also a slim change that they can grow out of this mess if they can pay off the convertible debt note and become cash flow positive.
