$DSS $AEI $HWH $IBO The quarterly figures of the empty box company Hapi Metaverse Inc. that the scammers wanted to sell / transfer to HWH for $19.9 million to reduce/evaporate the share value of small HWH investors; fortunately, this did not go through. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1600347/000149315226022059/form10-q.htm But now the scammers are coming up with an 'investor' who supposedly offers $10 million for 20 million unregistered shares. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1897245/000149315226021753/ex10-1.htm In the past, Chan and this so-called investor have also used this scam so that this investor obtained a majority stake in the company where he makes the decisions and steals.
