Anyone who purchased
$XRAY shares between December 8, 2015 and August 6, 2018.
Do I need to sell my shares to qualify?
No — you are eligible whether you sold your shares or still hold them.
How much is the payout?
The payout per share is
$0.40 — but normally only ~25% of eligible investors file, the effective payout could increase to
$1.60.
