$XHLD There is a possibility this is a china scam with this offering. Typically with these "shares only" offerings they get ran up so they can sell the shares for profit. It is similar to when PCLA announced their offering back in May 2025 and it was scammed after the offering.
I was checking the shareholders of this company and it is a Japan company that is disguised as a US company.
Just one to keep an eye on. I'll look for an entry when the opportunity shows itself. 7.5M shares at
$1, not bad RR wise if you can catch dips.
