$WAVE the company disclosed previously that its power station in Jaffa produces 13 kilowatts of power. Then it said in December its power output over twelve days was 2,000 kilowatts. This pencils out to under 7 kilowatts for the 12 days. What happened? Why the discrepancy?

$WAVE The company received a study of the waves but doesn’t provide any insights about the site such as wave energy available to raise the floaters translating into expected energy to be generated per floater. No information provided on how many floaters. No information about actual power plant rating. No information on third party testing of components of power plant for investors. Just generalities about blah blah study stating wave energy could do blah blah blah, and their existing power plants demonstrate blah blah blah. Where is revenue? Blah Blah.

$WAVE ChatGPT analysis of co news today: A 6.9% capacity factor is not a commercial-grade utilization rate for something marketed as “100 kW”—unless the business case explicitly assumes low utilization (most don’t). To judge it fairly, you’d want: • Uptime (%) vs resource availability (how often conditions allowed generation), • Forced outage / maintenance logs, • Output distribution (how many hours near 0, how many hours above, say, 20 kW), • And whether 100 kW is electrical export limit, mechanical, or peak in ideal sea states.

$WAVE running today’s analysis through ChatGPT • This release does not move Eco Wave Power from “concept validation” to “infrastructure asset.” • A 100 kW system producing ~2 MWh over ~12 days with no full-period data, no net export clarity, and no cost disclosure is not financeable by utilities or serious infrastructure capital. • The press release is designed to signal progress, not to enable valuation. What would actually change the story One PDF showing: • Daily net-exported kWh for a full quarter • Capacity factor by month • Installed $/kW and annual O&M • Third-party verification Until then, this remains a story stock, not an asset business.

$WAVE Investor focus is migrating toward execution sequencing, while management calibrates resource allocation to real demand signals. Shortfalls would likely reprice expectations quickly.

$WAVE from AI analysis of Eco Wave Power • 🚫 No proven scalability: Demonstration sites ≠ commercial power plants. Years of pilots, no grid-scale rollout. • 📉 De minimis revenues: Output is tiny relative to claims; economics don’t clear cost of capital. • ⚙️ Uncompetitive LCOE: Wave energy remains costlier than solar, wind, storage—by a lot. • 🧪 Technology risk: Harsh marine environments kill uptime; maintenance eats margins. • 📜 Accounting optics: Demo assets that don’t generate cash should be expensed—masking losses invites scrutiny. • 🧱 Regulatory friction: Permitting, ports, grid interconnects slow and unpredictable. • 🗣️ Promotional cadence > execution: Press releases outpace measurable progress. • ⏳ Time is the enemy: After a decade, the market still waits for proof. • ⚠️ Asymmetric downside: Best case is modest; worst case is dilution to zero. Bottom line: Hope isn’t a moat. Cash flow is.

$WAVE Check the spread between bid and ask price. It’s typically around 50 cents, which means they have very little liquidity. Mark and sell were at the same price but it sold for 25 cents less. Be very cautious, they are out to rip people off!
