You can now file a late claim in the
$5.87M VNET Group (
$VNET) settlement.
VNET was accused of not fully telling investors about its founder’s
$50.25M loan and the risk that his pledged shares could be taken and sold if the loan wasn’t repaid.
In February 2023, those issues became public and
$VNET fell 32%.
