$TLTW they left 3.6 million on the balance sheet that they could have paid out. They are paying out .218319 for September. Thats a bummer i was expecting .28 per share.

$PGX $PGF $PSK Continuing to seek out yield and potential price recovery in preferreds leading up to anticipated rate cuts. Started positions in these today. Also started a position in $TLTW although I think we may see the 20-year back up a bit so I may get pinched. 10% yield though right now in that one, so some saving grace.
