$RQI $NMZ Since the 9 cent dividend was implemented, RQI has never been this low. Also, NMZ crossing into 8% yield (tax free dividend). Is it really desperate people selling or just part of the grand mystery of the market? I bought what I can today and we'll see what the rest of the month brings. Hard to believe many people selling when it crosses certain levels.

$RQI Another great day to add at 12 (9%) on all of these great commercial big boys. Welltower (biggest holding), people living longer, the need for hospitals, clinics and elderly care homes are increasing everyday. Buying on ex-date never a bad idea.

$RQI Consolidated all of my individual REITS outside of STWD and VICI into this over the last 2 days. Again anything at 12.13 is 8.9%, they even got it down to 12.00 for a split second today (9%). Have always loved the holdings in this and can sleep easier at night now that they are all in one managed fund. DRIP is on!!!!

$RQI Hit a new low by far today (12.06) since the penny increase on the dividend a few months back. Great, great day to build on this and so many others. $EIM, $OMAH and $NMZ just to name a few. Getting in at 12.06 on $RQI gets you in at 8.955%, that is great for lots of great names in that ETF. I always shoot for 12.13 where that 8.9% starts. Again, great buying day.

$RQI Added to this $OMAH and $NMZ very heavy today as I am gearing towards managed funds instead of single stocks now that I am getting older. Even though $STWD is a single stock, I still believe they have too much good things going on within the next few years and I couldn't resist at today's prices.

$RQI $RFI Good week, with seasonal tailwinds continuing REITs very underowned across the board. Only 1.5 percent of $VOO and none in $SCHD for instance. Long periods of REIT outperformance of market, though These CEFs still at good discount 👀

$RFI It's sister fund $RQI has just given us some great buying chances the last few days. Keep an eye out for this to go under $11 now that we just had ex-date. A price of 10.84 will get you in at 8.85%, not bad for some of the best commercial properties in the stock market. It went to 10.79 last time it dipped hard. Looking for a repeat.

$RQI Since the last dividend increase to 9 cents, if you get in at 12.13, you get in at 8.9% dividend. Today is a great buying day for this. 52 week low happened when the dividend was 8 cents. Always use the good old percentage calculator.

Had you told me at the beginning of the year that $KBWY would be one of my best #REIT stocks, I would have laughed in your face. But it's true: $KBWY +14.25% YTD $MORT -3.2% YTD $IYRI +1.95% YTD $IGR +6.75% YTD Only $RQI has done better YTD (+17.75%)
