Nuveen New Jersey Quality Municipal Income Fund is a closed ended fixed income mutual fund launched by Nuveen Investments, Inc. The fund is co-managed by Nuveen Fund Advisors LLC and Nuveen Asset Management, LLC. It invests in the fixed income markets of New Jersey. The fund invests in undervalued municipal securities and other related investments that are, exempt from regular federal and New Jersey income taxes that are rated Baa or BBB or better. It employs fundamental analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund benchmarks the performance of its portfolio against the Standard & Poor's (S&P) New Jersey Municipal Bond Index. The fund was formerly known as Nuveen New Jersey Dividend Advantage Municipal Fund. Nuveen New Jersey Quality Municipal Income Fund was formed on June 1, 1999 and is domiciled in the United States.

closed $NXJ today now that the discount is gone and rolling most of it into $NQP which is the last of the potential merger funds to still have a discount, albeit very small at under 3%. Discounts have either closed or shrunk considerably. Meeting is Jan 16 and hopefully it is approved.

both weekly automatic investments completed successfully. 15 new securities started in my taxable account. Still need to allow drip for both $NAC & $VCV as they both could possibly drip at a discount. so, out of 15 securities, these 5 are for income; VCV, NAC, $NXJ , $MUJ , $DMB and these 10 are mostly for growth; FBCG, FDCF, FDTX, FELC, FELG, FENI, FFLC, FFLG, FMAG, KQQQ. 2 more automatic investments have been initiated, but these 2 are monthly; 4 on the 25th (BKLN, GSY, ICLO, VRIG) and 10 on the 1st (AAA, CLOB, FLOT, ICSH, JAAA, JPST, MINT, SGOV, TBIL, VUSB).

$NAC & $VCV will be added weekly starting today in my taxable account, along with $DMB $MUJ & $NXJ - I will probably turn DRIP on for NAC & VCV because they are both trading at a premium and they have a dividend reinvestment plan that offers the possibility of acquiring dripped shares at a discount to market price. DMB MUJ & NXJ are trading at a discount to NAV and there's no discount to drip so I'll take the cash, please and thank you. These 5 automatic purchases are scheduled every Wednesday, along with one other group of 10 etfs. These 2 groups complement the other 2 groups with purchases monthly, one on the 25th and the other on the 1st. These experiments will continue for the foreseeable future.
