$ITP was watching to see if they get caught up, but switching auditors again isn’t gonna get them out quicker. There are a couple mitigating points. ITP already appointed HCL on August 29, so it isn’t currently without an auditor. The company also says there were no other disagreements or “reportable events.” And importantly, Montis’s SEC letter confirms that it agrees with ITP’s description of the circumstances, so the company doesn’t appear to be minimizing the fact that the disagreement occurred. A loan vs selling equipment should be an easy distinction.
