$HCMC For those wondering if this a real or manufactured date. Apparently the case presented by hcmc was strong. We shall know soon. PTAB Inter Partes Review (IPR) A major decision regarding the validity of HCMC's patent is expected soon. March 12, 2025: The U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) instituted an IPR for U.S. Patent No. 9,538,788 after finding a "reasonable likelihood" that R.J. Reynolds would prevail in showing at least one claim is unpatentable. Expected March 2026: Under standard statutory timelines, the PTAB must issue a Final Written Decision within one year of institution (approximately by mid-March 2026).

$HCMC A positive Assumption or Call it a Hcmc share holder hypothesis that potentially Knocking out a tiny Hcmc Co patent; Two different patent twice within a time frame of Two years by ptab that originally granted them ; Both patents with appropriate cross checks & Approved by Ptab Examiner ; due to Ptab System failure cause Negative Physiological impressions on New inventions and Any types of new Research etc Hcmc patent must get Some sort of Special chance to stay in Business world ; Essentialy Healthy for American Business market World and positively encourage New ideas , closely copied innovations and inventions with improved Style & Quality that demand in Modern time By Consumers ;So I am sure ptab Will Factor in all new changing developments etc before coming out for final decision !!!
