$HCMC talks about not doing homework….. and yet leaves out: This stock has had all the main assets pulled out of this stock and put into the CEOs new stock that he created!! Aka, no matter what, this stock is Fcked! Next, also leaves out, that there are 100s of BILLIONS…. That’s Billions… of shares in the float…. Aka more shares than many cryptos have coins LOL Which means no matter what, the stock won’t go up by much if at all due to the massive amount of shares.

$HCMC A lot of people here clearly haven’t done basic homework and keep screaming "scam" and "delisting." Let’s stick to facts. Facts: • HCMC vs Philip Morris is OVER. • HCMC lost the PTAB case, the patent was invalidated, and the appeal failed. • There is no patent left to assert against PM. End of story. What matters now: • HCMC has an active PTAB case against RJR • Different patent, different case • Federal lawsuit is on hold pending PTAB outcome Where we are: • Waiting for the Final Written Decision (FWD) • If HCMC wins → leverage for settlement or federal case vs RJR • If they lose → that’s it This is the only thing that matters right now. https://portal.unifiedpatents.com/ptab/case/IPR2024-01458 Do your homework.
