$DTCX there is nothing fundamental going on to make it go down. This all has to do with somebody that got some cheap stock associated with the deal. Why do you think it started down after they announced closing of the merger because the stock got freed up that was cheap it will buy them out soon. There’s not much stock left to sell. I spoke to the CEO personally he said fundamentally the stock should be much higher, but because of the relentless selling from the person that got some cheap shares. It’s pressed lower than it should be. I would buy it the moment. It turns back up. He said they’re working on many good things just waiting on seller to finish.

$DTCX $2.66 in cash per share book value of $3.12 and we’re at $2.25 go figure this thing has every reason to go up. I’ve heard that there was an ex employee that had some shares. Maybe that’s who’s dumping it. I don’t know what else it could be or maybe it’s some institution that they had in the deal that is throwing in the towel. It seems to follow MSTR on MSTR is down. It’s down.
