$OST The company is the fraudsters. Only reason that would explain why they would do an offering at prices that they claim to be due to fraudulence. But you are correct. This will never become a litigation matter. It will be a criminal one. $OST Shocker. OST uses one of the most sketchy Singaporean auditors in the game. $OST When I saw the scam with $CLEU up close, the scammers kept wanting to verify how many shares I had (which was 0) so they could get my money back. I don't know what that was about, but they got mad when I would not show them and threatened to report me to the SEC. It was probably the 2nd part of their scam or maybe they were paid based on how many shares they were able to dump on people. They were persistent even changing their number when I blocked it.
