I am aware of two NASDAQ reverse splits and one NYSE reverse split scheduled on Monday. Expect trading to halt at 7:50pm ET tonight and resume at 9:00am ET Monday morning.
NASDAQ:
$BTM 1 for 7. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 35.5m to approx 5.07m and outstanding Class M shares from approx 37.85m to approx 5.41m.
$DSY 1 for 20. In conjunction with the RS, the company is also redesignating their ordinary shares into Class A and Class B shares. After the RS and share redesignation, outstanding shares will be reduced from 95,037,444 ordinary shares into 3.5m Class B shares and 1,251,873 Class A shares.
NYSE:
$MWG 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 41.42m to approx 4.14m and outstanding Class B shares from approx 10m to approx 1m.
