$BETA i was a major bull over at
$JOBY for some time. Still love their technology and vertical manufacturing approach, but when i ran the numbers on what it would mean to build a meaningful air taxi network and how long it would take to deliver meaningful revenue, nevermind profit, I could no longer invest. The business model for me just does not stack up. Meanwhile
$ACHR are basically run by a conman and i refuse to invest on that basis alone.
So i started taking a closer look at Beta. Best of all worlds in my opinion. Proven technology and excellent government relationships. CTOL alternative aircraft for longer distance / more use cases - cargo, medical etc. Charging infrastructure far more advanced. But most importantly, not trying to be an operator. There is a reason OEM model vs operator model is standard in Aerospace. Nigh on impossible to scale both. Beta has the cash and their burn is relatively low. im in Beta from now on
