$AXDX Amazing what happened here. Turns out that there was demand for Wave in that Bruker bought it from Indaba. Micro Guy was wrong. But Micro Guy was right in that shareholders got screwed. No price mentioned

$AXDX lost my shirt on this one. Hard to think that there is 0 value in the technology. Maybe someone will pick up the pieces and turn it into something that has some utility. Maybe a smartwatch or something lol. All the signs of failure were there. I was just blinded by the fantasy of what could be. Meh moving on.....

$AXDX Google Accelerate Diagnostics Bankruptcy and you will find a site called "Stretto" that has all of the filings. Fascinating reading. Incompetence beyond incompetence. And the dumbest was likely Indaba who put money into this as a DIP and put out a stalking horse bid. Bottom line? MicroGuy was right and I was wrong. THere was and is no demand for a combined diagnostic blood and isoaltes. The irony? BDX liked Pheno! And Indaba discontinued it! Had AXDX sold to BDX instead of holding out for Wave it's likely that Pheno would be part of BDX's toolbox and AXDX would have avoided bankruptcy. By the way? I think this is going to go Chapter 7.

$AXDX another example of a stock that the naked shorting killed-one less stock for them to trade-they cut off their nose to spite their face. The time is coming where this will stop. Reaching new highs again, the major indices will not be a buy but the beaten down micro caps will be.

$AXDX RIP Accelerate. At least the conclusion makes sense, unlike everything that preceded it, including tons of pointless investments. If only the investors took a bit of time and reached out to the actual users - clinical laboratories.
