Advances to prototype phase • On Oct 7, 2025, Damon announced completion of the Engineering Concept Validation and clay master model for HSR. • They’ve: • Finished digital validation (FEA, CFD, dynamics). • Started prototype chassis build and bench testing of the powertrain. • Stated they’re moving into physical prototype and an Engineering Test Vehicle with a planned public debut (targeted for November).  2. Engines Engineering’s role remains central • The 10-K and PRs frame Engines Engineering as a key strategic partner and confirm the 9-phase program is ongoing (not canceled or walked back).  3. Here’s what’s confirmed as of today (Nov 9, 2025): ⸻ 1️⃣ Technical Design Agreement – Engines Engineering (Italy) From Damon’s 10-K and filings: • Damon signed a Technical Design Agreement with Engines Engineering S.p.A. (Italy) on April 4, 2025 to develop the HyperSport Race (HSR).  • Scope: Engines Engineering is responsible for: • Technical compliance & homologation guidance • Component selection • Development + validation testing • Prototyping across the full bike • Structure: The project is broken into 9 development phases running through March 2026, each with defined milestones.  • Money: Total contract value ≈ $1.86M (EUR 1.58M): • 50% invoiced up front (already paid) • 50% tied to milestones over the next year.  • IP: Damon will own the new work product once paid; Engines Engineering keeps its own background IP but grants Damon a perpetual, worldwide, paid-up license where their tech is embedded.  That’s a real, papered engineering contract, not just fluff.
