$AMPY If I was PBF Energy with deep pockets, I would just write a check and buy out AMPY and secure a local source of already piped in crude oil from AMPY nearby oil rig. You already buy from AMPY. By buying AMPY you get crude at the lowest possible price. Your profit margins jump, your costs go down, you own a strategic local source that you already have pipes directly feeding your refinery. I wouldn’t even really care about the price I would just get it.

$AMPY All of the bidders have deep deep pockets, they can easily over pay to acquire AMPY strategic assets. All of them can just write a check. I’m rooting for PBF Energy. AMPY oil flows right into their refinery. Simple easy.

$AMPY I think AMPY holds the golden ticket. In the process of selling $220M of non-core assets. Excellent, that’s $5.50 in visible share price value. Done. Now, the juicy part is the main asset. The California off shore drilling rig in Huntington Beach, Ca and the “priceless” California permits. From what I understand those permits are impossible to get anymore. What is the main asset worth, anywhere between $200M to $350M. Thats another visible $5-$8.50 per share in value. AMPY has additional assets as well. I believe there is multiple bidders wanting the main assets of AMPY. PBF Energy & Marathon Oil gets their oil directly from AMPY off shore rig so I’m pretty sure they are hardcore bidders. PBF Energy also mentioned it wanted to control assets that will reduce its costs & increase margins. Buying AMPY will achieve just that. Chevron & Murphy Oil may also want the assets as well. AMPY is at least $13+ share. Insiders & institutions have all of AMPY shares locked up.

$AMPY AMPY: The Quiet Restructuring Play That Could Roar Amplify Energy (AMPY) is quietly engineering a strategic pivot that most retail traders are sleeping on. While headlines focus on Q3 losses, the real story is unfolding beneath the surface—and it’s one that could set up a tactical squeeze or a long-term oil rebound play. 🔍 Here’s the setup: • Short interest just crossed 10.7% of float, up 53% month-over-month. That’s not noise—it’s positioning. • AMPY is divesting non-core assets (Oklahoma, East Texas, Eagle Ford) for ~$220M. That’s debt paydown fuel and drilling acceleration cash. • Focus is shifting to Beta (offshore SoCal) and Bairoil (Rockies)—two assets with high upside and potential CCUS tailwinds. • Adjusted EBITDA is climbing, even as GAAP losses reflect one-time impairments. The cash engine is still humming hard!

$AMPY I think there is multiple bidders for the Beta, off shore drilling rig in California. It’s worth at least $200+ million which is at least another $5+ in share value. Now, if there are multiple bidders which I suspect there is and those bidders want not only the rig but the permits, and there is a bidding war, the value can easily climb to $350 million. $8.00 per share $5-$8 for the Beta + the $200M ($5.50) for the recent non-core asset sales. $10-$18 per share, not including the rest of AMPY assets.

$AMPY Company is worth $10 to $15 With the 2 big sales, AMPY is going to get $220 million cash. Thats $5.50 per share right there. It’s keeping the most valuable asset the Huntington Beach, Ca off shore rig and some other assets. To me, what’s the most valuable part about the California rig is the “permits”. From what I understand you can’t get those permits anymore. Plus, the pipeline from the rig goes right to Long Beach hub and then straight to refineries. I think there is multiple interested buyers for that California rig and permits. No insider selling means there’s a higher share price coming. In fact, I think there is actual more buying going on. Upward pressure.

$AMPY $4.57 News out company wipes almost all of its debt ! Amplify Energy has sold its East Texas assets for a total of approximately $127.5 million, which will be used to eliminate most of its $130 million credit facility debt. The divestiture includes the sale of Haynesville and Cotton Valley interests and is part of a broader strategy to exit non-core assets and focus on core areas like its Bairoil and Beta properties.
