$ADN so i can blame the multitude of losses that Ive incurred here on the fact. That Russia or China stole the tech or the former CEO sold the tech secrets? So can I get reimbursed like about 23,000 from Venezuelan oil? My dad did work in the Oil field there in 1980 and i Lived their for 4 months!

$ADN 3-6 months. The company needs a Honey Badger order and EU funding ASAP. Need details of US support via DOE L’Innovator and more licensing agreements. The November conference in Paris was also attended by the US DOE Fuel Cell office director. They have been better about not filing late. Waiting for next 10Q. Work related to JDA’s was to be delivered Q4 25 plus the purchase orders they announced in Aug/Sep.

$ADN The mgmt of this co should be in prison ! I mean is there any limit to fleecing the investors ? You are scamming the very ppl who believed in your thesis , believed in you to execute . I bailed long time ago cause I sensed they are nowhere close to any revenue stream, just making sht up . But I feel bad for the longs here who had skin in the game . So many of these companies shouldn’t have gone public but did cause of the spac mania during covid . $QS is another scammy co albiet with more high profile backers . They went public 5 years ago asking investors for their money back then and saying ‘we may have a product ready and revenue by 2027 ‘ crazy !

$ADN the CEO Gary Herman is still getting a salary from $SNRG $SRM and SYTA. The question is he getting a salary now with ADN after shareholder meeting? Hopefully he doesn’t and gets stock options instead for incentive to get the company rolling. Either way they been very quiet since the delisting of the NASDAQ.

The company that Advent subleased the Boston Hood Park facility to just had a grand opening ceremony. “Ionomr Innovations”. Guess what they do? Manufacture ion exchange membranes for Electrolysers. The principle scientist at Ionomr Innovations used to work at Advent. He is listed on a patent owned by Advent and assigned to Department of Energy for electrolysers. Ionomr Innovations just finished grant work worth $7MM with DOE for advancing dumomestic supply chain of electrolyzers.

$ADN Actually, this reminds of FCEL back in the 2017-18, years. Went from 25cents to 25 dollars in 2 years. Another fuel cell company with promise.

$ADN This is so sad. Was here in the 5-6$ range. Sold the high, then the bad news hit. I still believe here. But the low, I’ve seen the bottom dwellers come back hard. Just needs some attention, volume. A PR. They lost that job, and they can come back from this atl.

$ADN The other day I posted the 2024 DoE Review for L’Innovator referencing being within 25% of Hyundai power goal. The same review from 2023 references a Technology Assessment with a US-Based aeronautical supplier.

$ADN Honeywell is testing their “Newborn” fuel cell propulsion system at Honeywell’s own Czech facilities as part of the “MEAsureD” project which Advent leads but is technically a much smaller project. Honeywell Newborn project- 34m euro Advent Measured project- 3M euro The “Newborn” project has goal of a scalable fuel cell by the end of 2025. Seems like that’s what they are presenting. Question is- Why would the larger Honeywell do something this groundbreaking at much smaller Advent’s event, unless Advent tech is heavily involved, no? I have had to do a lot of digging to find the Advent and Honeywell connection, but the progress is ramping fast, seemingly out of nowhere.
