"Minimal training when it comes to national coding guidelines, not a single CPC on staff. When Thao became the reimbursement manager, she tried to change everything and did not listen to the actual billing teams telling her that it wouldn't work, Then we got kicked off of multiple insurance networks and still nothing changes. Not nearly enough communication or knowledge to be billing so many insurance companies. Trial and error does not work when it comes to billing insurance, there are rules for a reason."
