Horizon Digital Frontier ETF (YNOT)

The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in equity securities of U.S. and foreign (non-U.S.) companies that offer exposure to emerging technologies that are in various phases of development. The fund’s investments may include common stocks, American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) and securities of other ETFs. The fund is non-diversified.
