Company Profile

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives through the use of a synthetic covered call strategy that provides current income on a monthly basis, while also providing exposure to the price return of one or more exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”) that provide exposure to bitcoin and whose shares trade on a U.S.-regulated securities exchange. Of the 32 ETFs remaining in the portfolio, 1 pays annually, 1 pays quarterly, the rest pay *at least* weekly (1 pays bi-weekly). $BITK will be eliminated first, probably Monday morning. $HIMY and $YBTC positions were reduced earlier today, and will also most likely be eliminated shortly. Still
