$WVVIP 👀 Woodworth Contrarian released a bearish report. Some concerns are valid, but the “insolvency” narrative looks aggressive. ⚠️ Important context: the poster promoting it identifies himself as a Woodworth Contrarian Fund partner—the fund behind the report. Not independent commentary. 🔴 Risks: ~$1.95M 1H loss, ~$589K cash, preferred issuance & wine-industry weakness. Woodworth also questions hospitality permitting and vineyard expansion amid oversupply. 🟢 Counterpoints: ~$103M assets vs $36.5M liabilities, $66.4M equity, positive working capital, +$2.75M operating cash flow & renewed $4M credit line. Unpermitted today ≠ impossible approval. Hospitality could strengthen direct-to-consumer revenue. WVVIP remains current on dividends. $4.15 = liquidation preference, NOT guaranteed NAV. ~$3 market → $3.45 offering → $3.95 Oct. + $0.22 dividend. Legitimate risks? YES. Imminent insolvency? Current balance sheet doesn't support that conclusion IMO. NFA/DD

$WVVI $WVVIP: A “launch” event can’t change the fundamentals. • Planned hospitality expansion appears unpermitted. • Vineyard expansion comes amid severe wine-industry oversupply. • WVVIP trades around $2.65 while the company is offering shares directly at $3.45. • Common shares are near 2004 levels. We believe the expansion narrative is being used to manufacture excitement and raise more preferred equity while the underlying business deteriorates. $WVVIP 👀🔥 Volume is waking up again today. Yesterday: only ~55K shares traded. Today: volume has already picked up noticeably — and we've seen what can happen when volume finds this extremely thin preferred. Don't forget the setup: 💰 Recent price: ~$2.65 📊 Liquidation preference: $4.15 🔥 ~36% discount to liquidation preference 💵 $0.22 annual dividend = ~8.3% implied yield at $2.65 🚨 NEXT CATALYST: The company's direct preferred offering is currently $3.45/share — then increases to $3.95 on OCT. 1. And we've already seen the volatility: 🚀 Aug. 24: only ~6K volume 🚀 Aug. 25: 8.24 MILLION volume 🔥 Intraday high: $14.99 $2.65 market price ➡️ $3.45 current offering ➡️ $3.95 Oct. 1 offering price ➡️ $4.15 liquidation preference 💰 + $0.22 annual dividend Now volume is starting to wake up again. 👀 Thin float/trading + discount + dividend + upcoming pricing catalyst = $WVVIP stays high on my watchlist. $WVVIP 👀 This preferred-stock setup is interesting at these levels. 💰 Market price: ~$2.65 📊 Liquidation preference: $4.15 🔥 Current discount: ~36% WVVIP also carries a $0.22 annual dividend. At a $2.65 purchase price, that's roughly an 8.3% implied annual yield. 🚨 POTENTIAL CATALYST: The company's current direct preferred offering is priced at $3.45/share through Sept. 30 — then jumps to $3.95 on OCT. 1. So we're looking at: $2.65 current market price ➡️ $3.45 current direct offering ➡️ $3.95 offering price Oct. 1 ➡️ $4.15 liquidation preference 💰 + $0.22 annual dividend And we've already seen WVVIP hit nearly $15 when volume exploded in August. Thinly traded + sizable discount + dividend + Oct. 1 pricing change = definitely on my watchlist. 👀🔥 NFA. Do your own DD.

$WVVIP Correct me if I'm wrong. Based on reading about this company, these shares are sold to individuals through their website. You need 300 of them to become a preferred member that gets perks (10-25% off their wine, free tours, etc). The only way to get shares is directly from WVV or here on the secondary market. I couldn't borrow any to short. I can't find a dark pool for this at all. All the shares we see here are from prior member who just wanted to get some cash for their memberships. Does that sound about right?

$WVVIP — Why I’m Bullish 👀🍷 This one continues to fascinate me. WVVIP normally trades with extremely thin liquidity, yet we’ve now seen what can happen when serious volume suddenly enters this preferred stock. 🔥 Previous surge toward $8 🔥 Massive spike toward $26 🔥 Historically tiny daily volume 🔥 $0.22 annual preferred dividend 🔥 Company currently offering preferred shares directly at $3.45 That’s what makes WVVIP so interesting. When demand suddenly overwhelms the available trading supply, the moves can become EXTREME — and we’ve already watched it happen. The recent volume is nowhere close to normal historical activity. If another wave of buying volume arrives, WVVIP has already demonstrated just how quickly price can move. Low liquidity + unusual volume + limited trading supply = one I’m watching VERY closely. 👀 $WVVIP 🚀 *High volatility — do your own DD.*
