$VRDR And Neither ERGON nor BSL have been generating any actual business for Verde; you have all of these DEI Municipal Government people - and you can't freaking get ANYONE to sign a deal where your pavement product is good for the environment? WTF is going on with these partners and with Verde? How can your salesforce and partners be so damn weak!!! Make some sales already!

$VRDR New MoU: Verde + Highway International (Singapore) to pilot engineered biochar pavement tech with Singapore's Land Transport Authority, targeting a 10-year exclusive licensing agreement. Scope includes roads, airport runways, military airfields & the Singapore F1 circuit. Singapore positioned as launchpad for Verde's global licensing strategy ahead of planned Nasdaq uplisting. #Sustainability #Nasdaq #F1Singapore For more, read here: https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2026/08/31/3353216/0/en/verde-and-highway-international-sign-strategic-memorandum-of-understanding-to-advance-carbon-sequestering-roads-in-singapore.html

$VRDR why is it so difficult for this firm and its partner to generate sales given the compelling use of biochar to reduce carbon footprint? You would think every municipality would be lining up.

$VRDR Read thru their 10K filing from 2025 to get a better feel for their potential revenue stream. More or less confirmed my expectations that it will be a licensing, royalty revenue stream. Dependent on others to 'sell' the product/idea to the construction industry (Erogon for example). While on one hand, it reduces their need for capital to sustain operations (ie, revenues help pay for things others supply), its going to be interesting to see how the 'licensing' company does. Disclaimer: own around 200,000 shares, up 60% if not a little more with the share price at 8 cents. But with 1.3 Billion shares? Expecting one heck of reverse split down the road. JUst have to hope they continue to advance the share price some more first. Good luck

$VRDR Only concern is, markets do not like to be beholden to one company that once it gains market share (aka, the Beta vs VHS decision), has the power to raise prices for those that sold their soul and committed to using it. AKA, the better product BETA didn't win because SONY owned the technology, but VHS while lesser, was open source so to speak. So while this is a heck of a development from an energy/enviromental standpoint, will it gain traction. And I suspect the big driver will be whether or not they pass the NCAT for heavy volume usage (when will they know that I wonder?) Don't have clarity on the subject of, while they say companies can continue to use their existing equipment? Just what does that mean vs buying something new/efficient vs adopting the old to the new installation process. Disclaimer: own shares, all for the reduced energy usage (heat) and something that will last better than what we currently have. Good luck

What turns a road into a carbon sink? Biochar. $VRDR takes agricultural waste biomass and lock its carbon into a stable form through pyrolysis, then integrate it into our engineered asphalt mixture. We aren't just reducing emissions; we are permanently removing carbon. #Biochar #CircularEconomy $VMC $ROAD

$VRDR We’re not here to replace the traditional infrastructure industry—we’re here to empower it. Verde Resources operates on a licensing model, partnering with existing producers to deliver a seamless green upgrade. Our technology enables legacy plants to produce clean, efficient, and durable BioAsphalt™—without requiring changes to their existing infrastructure. It’s a win-win: traditional producers meet evolving environmental mandates, while Verde scales globally through collaboration, not competition. $VRDR #uplisting #Partnership #Infrastructure #SustainableTech #AsphaltIndustry #Bioasphalt #TransitionToZero
