$VPER Wow. you know that all amazing companies have who designed and implemented their websites on their actual websites. Look at any big company, I'm sure you'll see it. If I were Janifer Cheng, I wouldn't want to admit that I had anything to do with 0wire.com. That thing is a purple mess that looks like it is from 1995 (were there websites back then?). And there is at least one major issue with the site in my opinion. If it's a mistake, fine. If it's not a mistake, that should concern shareholders. "These shares have not yet been issued and have been recorded as stock payable." Why? What purpose does that serve? Is there another "deacquisition" coming up like what happened with Ecotech?

$VPER Mistake on my part. "Principal Financial Officer" appears to be a generic term and not a title. In VPER's case, the CEO is the principal financial officer. And I believe one signature is for the "PFO" and one is for the "Principal Executive Officer". 2 questions answered.

Why are they increasing the preferreds by large amounts? Why did they not include what happened on Feb 1, 2025 in any of the financial statements from last year?
