$VPER Substantial revenue increase over past years, however not an impressive amount and the it is lower than Q1. Margins up a bit. No mention of Cybergrab, so it appears nothing ever happened with that and how that doesn't boil down to bald-faced lies, I don't know. Seems that could definitely be argued successfully in court.
Was any revenue from poles?
Seems to me that the telecommunications companies were basically reverse merged into VPER. They previously mentioned there was going to be a name change of the company. Nothing in the quarterly about that.
Is the smart city business going to be spun off and go back to Farid's control?
Why does the filing show Jeter still owning shares, but also shows those shares were canceled?
