$VBIO Don't get fooled by the low market cap and think the company is massively undervalued. It's not that simple. If you factor in all the potential dilution and the up to 75 million shares they could potentially dump into the market, the effective market cap at today's price is closer to
$20 million. That's how these microcap stocks work the market often prices in the expected dilution ahead of time. Once all those shares are actually issued and the dilution hits, the stock can easily drop another 50% or more.
