What’s up degens! Had a great start to the new year last week. Excited to keep it going.
$UUU (Universal Safety Products) will be my trade for today.
$UUU (Universal Safety Products) originally caught my eye because I liked the ticker. They sell mostly safety products like smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, GFCI’s, outlets, etc. They sell to a lot of big retailers like Home Depot, Walmart and Menards as well as other smaller wholesale outlets.
Over past year there has been a substantial amount of insider buying. Especially within the last 3 months. Typically I see that as very bullish. It’s usually a good sign that the insiders believe in the company.
They declared a one-time, special
$1.00 cash dividend back in September. Pretty incredible considering that the stock was only about
$3.50 at the time. Very strong sign that the company is in great financial shape.
