$USREF I have not read this, but it seems the only reason they are doing the RS is to meet a minimum price, usually $4 to list on NASDAQ, so maybe that also goes for mergers.

$USREF Announcement that they are doing the RS at 5:1. I am guessing the merger ratio will then be 1:4.3525. So 100 / 5 = 20 x 4.3525 = 87.05 shares after the merger. $100 investment today gets you $870.50 in $10 $TREO shares Even if the shares quickly dropped to $6, you would have $522.3 for a $100 investment. I feel it could drop, as people take profits, but it should go right back up. When you sell is up to you. $USAR is $14. I have 29,400 shares

One thing I take away from it is that they do believe the valuation is fair, and since the valuation is from last year, with the current climate with the recent bullish RRE, they decided to not relate the company. There is still plenty of meat on the bone for it to go $15-20. $USREF This is one of the easiest plays ever. They are listed on TSXV and the OTC. They are merging into a SPAC. The exchange is 1-for-1. If it is listed on the OTC, how can a $0.50 stock merge into a $10 stock? Just how SPACs work. It could fall fast like most SPACs. $USAR just had a SPAC merger.
