$USM Could we get this ticker updated to AD? The company is no longer called US Cellular, since they sold their mobile phone business to TMUS five weeks ago. :-)

$SDEV did extensive research trying to find a historical record of a similar dividend with special dues because of being 25% or more. I could only find one example that of Array $USM now $AD. It just happened this month. I believe this large dividend by Nova is truly unprecedented especially for a penny stock. Also figured out exactly how stock price will be adjusted. At premarket open 4:00am EST on 9/30 the price will be adjusted down by $.80. Market makers will make shares available at that price even if no one wants to sell at the reduced price.
