You should all add $GLDG to your watch list. They own 21.5mm shares $GROY 9.9mm shaares of $USGO and a long list of gold projects in various stages of exploration/development. There's also a uranium deposit in the good part of western canada. Experienced management.

$USGO At first glance, This one looks like another under the radar #Alaskan Play. Might have a snap on a potential weakness. The company stucture is a little weird with gold mining owning 80%. the 12M float and only 1.7 Warrant outstanding is interesting. $GLDG Not sure if investors are blind but GLDG has a 12% holding in $GROY worth $45 + million. They also have a 80% holding in $USGO worth $98 Million. + $6M+ in Nevgold This means the external investments are worth approximately $150 million, the market cap of GLDG is also $150 million. Simply means you get the whole market cap free with the external investments. Now GLDG itself has 12 gold projects in North America and is doing a lot of exploration on projects that already have a huge resource. 12.4 Million ounces and 9.1 million Inferred. You are going to tell me this resources is valued at 0? Because the external already fills all of the market cap. that is the reality now. This has to change soon. Haven't seen a more cheap company to buy in a gold bull market. Management is solid. News will be flowing in 2025 with all the exploration. Buying this is a no brainer, buying as much as I can right now.

$USGO U.S. GoldMining to join Russell 3000 Index U.S. GoldMining has been added as a member of the broad-market Russell 3000 Index according to a preliminary list published by FTSE on its website in connection with its annual reconstitution of the index. The reconstitution is expected to take effect after the U.S. Market closes on June 27, 2025.
