$UPHL Maybe they could sell the rights of their story to a movie company. This is the plot of some blockbuster. Merging one company where the seller say, huh 30 mil $ have to be paid by you guys now, didn't we mention this before closing the deal? too bad. And the other company is "kind of sold" but not really, with owners saying it was all meant differently than on the signed contracts. Why give up a company, only because you get paid for it, if you can keep it by just refusind to let it go. Real crazy stuff here. Lost me a little fortune and I still wait for the SEC to somehow act on this.

$UPHL I just got 2 sizable credits in 2 of my schwab accts for “litigation” for GIG Capital2…. Had some sizable losses back in 2021 during the SPAC craze, but this was a pleasant surprise to say the least 🤑

$AIRO you might want to check out Executive Chairman Chirinjeev Kathuria's history. He co-founded $OCEA and $UPHL .

$AIRO Co-founder and executive director Chirinjeev Kathuria lists Uphealth and Ocean Biomedical as companies that he has previously co-founded. $UPHL stock is currently valued a 0.00$ and $OCEA trades at 0.0075$. He lists these two companies in his own bio at the Airo website although he has the symbol wrong for Uphealth. It's definitely $UPHL and not UPH as he has it. Either way having this guy in charge may be a red flag. For some reason Fidelity wouldn't let me buy a share of $AIRO today, although I'm sure it's unrelated to my doubts about Chirinjeev Kathuria. Two of the other founders, Burns and Uczekaj, look legit. And the products those two have been involved in manufacturing look impressive.
