$UNVC I've wondered for a long time just how uniformed CEO Dalton thinks investors are, he posted this 7-weeks ago. Simple search of the FDA Database show zero active NDC assignments or NDA approvals for UNVC or 11Three for the RELIEFTA product line. UNVC must obtain an FDA Labeler Code first before they can ever list a specific drug or generate a complete National Drug Code. Once assigned, the code only becomes active in public directories when the company actually lists a specific drug product under it. Obtaining a Labeler Code is just a 2- to 3-week administrative task. What's the deal Dalton!!!

No E-Prescribing Legend Status: Because none of these entities hold approved FDA NDAs/ANDAs for a prescription neuro-anesthetic patch, the product cannot be legally manufactured, marketed, or routed through e-prescribing networks (like Surescripts) as a legend prescription drug.

$UNVC There is no FDA-approved NDC path for a cannabinoid patch to treat diabetes or diabetic neuropathy. Even if reformulated as a standard Lidocaine pain patch, it would simply be an over-the-counter local anesthetic for general muscle/joint pain, not a specialized diabetes treatment. If a press release comes out linking Reliefta to diabetes, it would likely be a stock promotion tactic ("hype") to pump up the share price.

$UNVC If Univec's product is the RELIEFTA $59.99 100mg Multi-Cannabinoid Patch: 1. They cannot get a valid FDA NDC by listing "Multi-Cannabinoids" as active. 2. They cannot sneak it past the FDA by adding Lidocaine/Menthol and calling the Multi-Cannabinoids "inactive" (because of the Honest Globe enforcement). research Honest Globe The only way Dalton gets an NDC that won't trigger an FDA warning letter is to drop the multi-cannabinoid extract from the drug formulation entirely and produce a standard Lidocaine/Menthol patch—which turns it into a totally generic OTC product competing with every drugstore brand on the market.

Code Ann., Corps. & Ass'ns § 3-515 It explicitly states that once a charter is forfeited, the directors no longer have corporate powers. Instead, they legally become liquidating trustees whose powers are strictly limited to collecting assets, paying off old debts, and winding down the defunct company.

$UNVC Please stop stretching the truth of things. I don’t see a single hospital in that list. Also, the literature on that webpage vaguely says those doctors are “integral”, and it goes on to thank them for their “partnership”, which is a very loose term. Judging by the doctors and clinics on that list, their role could be nothing more than agreeing to display Reliefta tri-fold brochures in their patient waiting rooms. In fact, the featured doctor (Dombrowski) is stated to have shared “vital information” (again, that could be nothing more than free brochures) and “product samples.” I know some of you are desperate, but exaggerating and stretching the truth like that only does further harm. It’s also not that long of a list. Relax.

$UNVC Dalton is working to keep UNVC from being downgraded, look how fast the PR was put together, when the website went live, all from June 26th till July 1st. Probably got him a little more time, maybe. Read the PR good, no Joint Venture, (This initial announcement marks a critical step forward in our joint commercialization pathway..) different as daylight and dark., implies a standard vendor licensing agreement where UNVC distributes the patches. Dalton doesn't even have to file an 8K, if corporate counsel determines that the agreement is a routine business contract (such as a standard supply or vendor agreement) rather than a "Material Definitive Agreement" that completely transforms the company's financial structure, they are legally permitted to keep it private. All the patch is, is a Wellness Cannabinoid Transdermal Patch with SENDS Technology. Good luck to the runs buying into an E-prescribing patch, when it isn't at all..
