$43 million in revenue TTM, $58 million in assets, don’t lie. NASDAQ is pretty lenient on extensions, especially the first one; if $UGRO & $NVVE are still listed, I’m sure of CAPS’ fate here. I’m pretty sure I even remember the CEO mentioning that they’ll appeal the decision if they have to. An RS really isn’t necessary, & it would absolutely destroy liquidity here (or send the price through the roof); this just needs eyes. Plenty of way more speculative penny stocks survive NASDAQ 🤙

Wild how I thought $NVVE waw a good buy earlier this year @ ~$1.40. Luckily I averaged down on the dip & somehow got out with gains. Don’t get me started on $UGRO… I sold for a loss the second they filed that they were being sued for defaulting on their loans. All of that takes cash to resolve. Even if it popped after I sold, I never looked back. After doing DD, I have no such buyers’ remorse holding $CAPS. You may want to check it out to get in on something early & eliminate the stress of holding something so risky… 🤙 Just my opinion, not financial advice.
