The fund is an exchange-traded fund that employs a passive management investment approach designed to track, before fees and expenses, the price performance of the index. The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in investments that provide exposure to underlying crypto assets or have economic characteristics that are substantially similar to underlying crypto assets. The fund is non-diversified.
