$TOPS is running up today likely on upcoming news about 38 million dollar ship sale to $RUBI (expanding their fleet) expected to close before March 31st. Last news about this was December I think. My guess is 50-100% run on low float news drop. Shorts probably covering in advance to save their tails.

$RUBI and $TOPS needs new management that actually cares about their stakeholders and doesn’t dilute their stock for unneeded cash. I expect a lawsuit to be filed against this Greek company if things don’t change, very soon.

$BINI Germany? Germany anyone? Did they even get a tire, a badge anything? Did not think so. Good stock with an upstanding CEO and crime BOD, certainly NOT Look it up, worse stock on NASDQ history(HISTORY) The most RS diluted stock on Nasdaq possibly NYSE but compare to $TOPS first, I don't want to make up anything. Shameful if you post bullish to get inexperienced traders in.
