$TOPS 14000 series G shares issued with a 15% dividend. Don't worry guys, they won't convert those today. They just wanted to get the price near a dollar to start selling the other 50 million shares. At or around a dollar with a 3% discount. The dilution here is going to be massive in coming time. I'm here to catch that little pop to 1.30. The reverse split is guaranteed.
