$TOMZ Note there is little hope for revenue from the merger for years according to the CEO of Carbonium Core. If your looking for revenue from TOMZ that is another really bad story. Dr Shane is already down 35% on his prediction for this year. IN 16 years he has NEVER gotten to breakeven, yet he and his daughter take substantial salaries. It appears he could care less about the price of the stock and more about his cash draw. Why is this stock at all time lows when the majority of stocks are at all time highs. IMHO this is definetly the time not to buy this stock.

$TOMZ I told ya so. $1 or under here we come. Down 31 cents and we just started the day. If only Dr Shane was a CEO that could generate revenue. I wish that would happen, but he has disappointed me and shareholders for so many years that I have little faith in him and his daughter. Especially because they continue to drain the cash with high salaries.

$TOMZ Reverse splits are a major reason to sell a stock as they always fall over 30% to 50%. This could easily go below $1 a share so they have to do another Reverse split. Just watch.

$TOMZ snakescalhoun thinks we hit bottom. He should be a comedian. With no revenue for Carbonium and with failed revenue predictions for TOMZ the only movement is down. Especially after the REVERSE split. That is a message to shareholders that the CEO is a failure and the way to get the stock up is REVERSE split. Dr Shane has tried over 16 years to get to break even and has failed . Look at his track record. That is why I predict much more selling bringing the stock down to $1 or under again.

$TOMZ We will see a drift lower under $2 a share, maybe to $1.50 with no real revenue news from TOMZ. They have missed the targets again with Dr Shane and based on his 16 year track record of not making his revenue goals, it will drop much further. The only salvation is increased revenue and that does not appear possible with Dr Shane.

$TOMZ Mr. spam-a-lot predicted a major down day for this ticker today. The market was down by a good amount and guess what, this ticker was up almost 1%. Maybe the bottom is in? Maybe not, but this is a legit company with real product and real sales. I’ve been here for 6+ years and in that time they have uplisted to NASDAQ, diluted VERY little and have had ZERO insider sales. Don’t get distracted by the spam machine that goes by multiple names on this board. He obviously has motives to be here (and only here…) and it ain’t to help investors/traders.
