TToo many chances to turn the company around and Dr Shane & his daughter failed. They should not take any salaries based on their past performance.

$TOMZ what did I tell you, back in the 50 cent range. I have been invested in TOMZ for over 15 years. Every quarter I hoped Dr Shanes words would come true. Every quarter investors waited patiently for the next quarter results. Every quarter and year end was a disappointment. He and his daughter just aren't business people. He has proven his failures quarter after quarter, year after year.

$TOMZ I expect really bad news for the 4th quarter at the teleconference in April. However. Dr. Shane & his daughter will HYPE all of the recent non-revenue news as positive. The only REAL News is solid contracts, which TOMZ can't secure with the current management. It has been proven by the last 15 years and Dr Shane is now almost 80 years old. Think about that.

$TOMZ can't wait to hear the quarterly and yearly loss excuses by Dr Shane & his daughter at the teleconference. It is like a broken record. Sales were delayed until the next quarter or year, start ups take time, later in the year looks good, partnership deals are coming. Same old news year after year. Remember deals HYPED that never happened: Boeing, Arkema, Fuji, Fresnous, Soli, Cellares, chicken farmers, marijuanna farmers, twice with the Ambulance deal. Shield Study for over 5 years and many more. They can't prove me wrong. Note the Board keeps them highly employed with substantial salaries and benefits.
