$HAIN is a good longer term play.
$CLNE $TOI also for the longer term. I typically only stay in things for a week. I keep wins another week after trimming position size. I like to keep money moving and fresh, plus i love doing research on tickers that are seeing weird volume and market movers. Finding out what drives them and targeting those things for my next plays. It has shown me some interesting tech like
$FNGR and
