Just looked into the shareholding structure for $TMCR and found that the free float is less than 20% of total shares. The rest is locked up between the Hess family, founders, management, TMC, and family office investors. That's a pretty tight share structure.

TMC has conducted 23 offshore campaigns in the Clarion-Clipperton Zone since 2011. They've also accumulated nearly a petabyte of environmental data on the NORI project. That's a lot of research backing up the deposit that $TMCR has royalty exposure to.
