Over time I’ve realized VWAP is by far the most reliable guide for my intraday trades. Simple rule: above VWAP, buyers are in control — below, sellers run the show. That basic understanding changed everything for me.
Reclaims, rebounds, clean holds — they all tell a story. Especially with premarket movers: if they’ve spent most of the session holding over VWAP, the odds of momentum continuing are way higher.
Not saying it’s perfect, but VWAP keeps me grounded and focused. It’s honestly become my favorite indicator, hands down.
