$TLOFF my theory here is management is being smart. We know they ARE smart in general with everything they've accomplished at Talon and what's in the pipeline.
They know some people/institutions are still sitting on cheap shares from warrants.
If you have a killer earnings report, maybe you wait until market close on Friday. Let people panic and sell some more of those shares vs letting those warrant exercisers set up limit orders we have to chew threw above

At the end of the day markets are just economic energy. Buys vs Sells. It takes a lot less economic energy to chew through buyers who are selling shares under
$5 vs those selling the same amount of shares above

We will see here. I gotta think if earnings were bad/disappointing they would have just released them already and we'd acknowledge its still basically a penny stock in progress.
BUT if earnings are good?🤔🧐🚂 maybe hold the train departure off for an extra day to let some people off so it's not so crowded
