$SYAXF This post is for all SYAXF holders. In the merger documents, the board claimed that there was not a viable path for SYAXF holders to upconvert their OTC shares to ELVR shares. This is utterly false and patently untrue. Several ASX stocks have done this before One example is Novonix. They offered a pathway for OTC holders to upconvert to ADR, FREE OF CHARGE. Also the OTC market allows for upconverting OTC shares to ADRs. Novonix and Sayona Mining/Elevra LIthium both share the same US custodian for their ADRs: BNY Mellon. So there is absolutely no reason why the board cannot make this happen. If you hold SYAXF, I encourage you to contact any one of the board members of Sayona and make it known to them that you want your OTC shares upconverted to obtain more liquidity and avoid foreign fees for transactions.
