$SWVL to clear thing up, the company needs to be compliant with only one of the three criterias in the table, in H1 they had more than $3.6 M shareholder equity so they were compliant they only need to file the full year report to be compliant. So no risk of delisting Last year they had this issue and they did a private placement to increase the shareholder equity this year they didn't have to.
