$SWRD I see their s1 went effective with the SEC in PR today. Looks like uplist is close now just needs pps to get above 4 if Nas is still their route. Nibbles. They do own some major property and has been around so lets see what haps. Love me a otc to bigs uplist situation and this 1 got the key parts completed and importantly floats well under a mil so we know what haps when interest hits these few hundred thou floaters. Watching close. ✌️
